SHENZHEN, China, Now. 28, 2017 – Huntkey, a global leading provider of power solutions, has recently launched a new power supply unit (or PSU) named GS700, a strongly built PSU with 49A DC output of +12V single-rail, which is able to support high-end CPUs and graphic cards for gaming rigs.
Some game players may wonder whether their PSUs support big games like Player Unknown’s Battle Grounds (PUBG) when DIYing their computers. The Huntkey GS700 allows this support. The CPU and graphic card are the core components for a gaming PC, and they can only be powered by the +12V power rail from a PSU. Launched in 2004, 80 Plus is a voluntary certification program intended to promote efficient energy use in computer PSUs.
The GS700 can operate normally under the input voltage from 100 to 240Vac, and this will avoid sudden shutting downs of the PC when a voltage instability happens. Equipped with Active Power Factor Correction (APFC) and double EMI filter, the GS700 is capable of delivering cleaner and more reliable power with lower ripple and noise.
